BY FOOT FROM TRAIN STATION (10 Min)

Go out of the station and over the old foot bridge to the right
Take the Road called The Conge opp the bridge to the market place
turn right on to the market place
turn left at LloydsTSB and then bear right
then left at BHS onto Regent road
Go straight up towards the seafront
go over the traffic crossing over Temple Road and then the second traffic crossing
pass the church on the right
take the next right at the bookmakers called "Betfred"
This is Apsley road
We are just round the first bend on the right
